USS Cowell (DD-547) — USS Cowell (DD-547) was a ship of the Fletcher class, built for the American navy during the Second World War. Being extremely numerous in number, the Fletcher class served in all theatres of war and contributed vitally to the war effort. Cowell was commissioned in August of 1943 and served in the Pacific theatre, where she participated in numerous campaigns such as the Marinanas and Okinawa campaigns.

Change my mind! Battleship repair cost stops many players playing theses ships (unless you already have the Russian monster supper AA ship with the lowest repair costs)!
Yeah weird how the weakest Navy historically keeps getting the best Meta ships in the entire game. It's almost like they're artificially propping up the Russian Navy by specifically choosing weaker ships for it's peers and the absolute best of the best for Russia. But they wouldn't do that because that would be blatant Russian B**s and they've stated time and again there is no Russian B**s. So I guess it must just be consistent, consecutive, coincidences that keep occurring each and every time.

The Cowell used to be a God-tier ship, probably one of the best premiums in the whole game period, but after the recent br changes to naval it now sees full uptier cruiser matches 24/7. As someone who has used this ship extensively over the years I can sadly no longer recommend it. The Snail has taken another one. RIP
Not to mention, it costs 6,090 GE. I can get Moffett, which is not only the meta destroyer but has a significantly higher SL modifier, for 1,300 GE, or wait a few weeks for the sale and snag it for 650 GE. Literally no reason to buy it unless your a vehicle collector with money to burn.
I'm just mentioning it here. Autocontrol of the engine doesn't work on ps4 even if it's set to no. I also can't post this anywhere else.

Nope. The Cowell used to be a ship for the OG Naval players that bought it a few years ago, made unavailable for the newer player-base. This is similar to what the competition did with the Missouri debacle. I would rather let those OG owners feel special brining it out than making it available for people to collect it now. When is the German Sherman coming to the store? Might as well make that available for a random flash sale as well. Every old/unique premium is less valuable now.

Something is wrong. Just played 2 battles in rank V US PT-Boat with 80% activity and achievements says 0/3. Why?
It specifically says Rank 2. Would be my guess. Not Rank 2 and above like every other event or whatever you want to call this. Be a lot better if it was an actual event you could cold earn a premium with. None of that crafting shit either...
