Special: Salamander
By the second half of 1944, the Luftwaffe were in dire straits. Trying to turn the tide, Germans decided to flood the skies with inexpensive and simple throwaway planes that could be operated by inexperienced pilots. That’s how the People's Fighter was born — the Heinkel 162, also known as Spatz and Salamander.

When are you fixing the low texture cockpit/aircraft bug on Ps4? It has been months now..
Chief, that's not PS4 exclusive. That's on both Xbox and Playstation.
Gaijin, England are in the finals we need the English flag back!!!!
Fuck off.
Avalanche_, Why though?
playing war thunder on xbox one is practically impossible. A lot of FPS drop
Can really use BR drop in SB to same as AB/RB, BR 6.3.
It was never regarded as Salamander.
I wish I could fly this one, but the plane is no more available......
Would love to get the He 162 A-1. But its not worth the price they are asking for it on the market. And i still dislike Gaijin/the person that deiced to have it as a Tournament reward.
Hope to see the He 162 A-0(if it had any guns) and He 162E. I wish they had made some of the planned variants.
