I mean, it would be nice if you could like reverse the massive HE effect on armour nerf that just overnerfed this stuff into oblivion and pretty much destroyed the KV-2 after you also nerfed it's AP into borderline uselessness. Would be cool if you could like, make HESH do the things HESH do instead of nerfing it because of whatever reason you might have thought of that day.
I still remember when the KV-2 was called the black death... HE no longer has power. Only shrapnel does. Sometimes.

Gaijin has no real understanding about how HE works. HE does jack to enclosed tanks, if it isn't an impact, or directly beside a tank with 25mm or more of armor, that tank is simply going to drive off with the crew shaken up a bit. However, when my 105mm HE round hits, say, a VFW and doesn't kill a single crew member, that is the exact OPPOSITE of what HE does. He would kill a VFW even if it hit 5m away. Since vision isn't modified by periscope damage, HE is garbage and OP at the same time.
