With the release of War Thunder update 1.91, you’ll be able to exclude maps and missions from your personal rotation, as well as mark them as unwanted.
The “Dislike” feature will be available to all players - if a few players from the matching queue have the same mission or location marked as unwanted, the location will be skipped, and the new location will be selected.
An “Exclude” map feature will be available to Premium account owners and guarantees complete removal for the player, of specific locations and missions in multiple gaming modes.
The number of maps and locations that can be selected will be limited for various gaming modes and depends on the overall number of available maps or missions in those specific modes.
The location preference settings work only in random battles in air, land and naval AB and RB.
We are limiting the “Exclude” feature only for Premium account owners as the excluded maps will increase the battle queuing time if all players in a queue have different maps and missions excluded. In such a situation, the matching system will try to find matches for a few players looking for specific maps instead of many players waiting for normal rotation.
We hope that the ability to choose your preferred locations will make your game more enjoyable and comfortable. The War Thunder development team, in our turn, will be able to see which locations most players like or dislike and therefore prioritise for recall, specific maps for revision or removal.
Thank you for playing War Thunder! See you in battle!

My only concern is the possible increase in queue times. Gaijin have refused to implement certain changes because of implications in the form of longer queue times. I personally would have preferred the 10.0 br cap be increased as it is VERY necessary. This would also increase queue times but it is definitely a MUST. Its illogical that certain vehicles like the 2A5 are not in a higher br.
i have no problems waiting 10 minutes for a good map
Awesome job Gaijin!
good change o7
Tears of joy... I finally never have to fight on Italy or Maginot Line ever again :) Thanks guys. Really really like this. Good job!
ALELUIA!, ALELUIA ALELUIA
A positive change. Continue to do more positive changes like this and perhaps you'll win back some of the frustrated players that stopped playing WT.
They didn't stop playing, they spam reddit, "finally i can remove Vietnam", while the map wasn't in rotation for 2 months now.
Finally! Thank you so much gaijin! Now I can finally disable Italy and European Province!
Good bye, Italy and Maginot! And maybe Kursk...
Thats sad.... 2 of the maps i like best... well i will stick to naval then
Will you add this Map Rotation Filter for Air Battles as well somewhere in the future?
Nevermind, sorry, i wasn't paying atention on what i was reading :)))
