M2A4 has much better armor than BT-5 - I have bounced multiple shots from other reserves off the M2A4 sloped plate, as well has attampting to shoot it there and bouncing

The excellent 57mm with... completely incorrect penetration that has been reported multiple times. I hope by the time you actually add the I-Go Otsu that you rectify the glaring problems with the tank itself, for god's sake.
All best reserves are "premium"
My pick would probably be the M2A4 followed by the BT-5 and then the Tetrarch.
