damn that's was nice man
love the technical info
It is a pity that the human eye cannot, (as its impossible) to see 4k. Doubling the screen size to 4k from 2k, is a battle between Sony and Nintendo, Playstation, etc etc... Its a shame that we get caught up in all that hype. Ahh well.... be even funnier when 8k is released. At the moment there are dvd's released stating 4k, but they arnt, its a rip at the moment, as there isnt anything that can display 4k, and when it happens, you cant tell, as the human eye, cannot see past 2.2k
Well, it depends. 4K on a 5" screen, no. 4K on a 20ft screen while looking from the same distance, absolutely. This is because your eyes do not really have a resolution in the same sense as a monitor. The closest description would be "pixels per degree of angle". To quote Wikipedia: "The maximum angular resolution of the human eye at a distance of 1 km is typically 30 to 60 cm. This gives an angular resolution of between 0.02 and 0.03 degrees."
i don't know about you but there is a pretty big shrink in pixel sizes from my 27" 1440p monitor to my 27" 4k monitor, its rather noticeable especially since i lean in pretty close at times when sniping in tanks. and the 1440p monitor was already a big step up from my old 27" 1080p monitor. so id say we can see the difference, even if the media we watch hasn't caught up yet.
nice!
The technical illustrations were awesome, thanks!
Bruce is like my dad in terms of multiple pairs of glasses. He even has a pair for listening to the radio!
Where is Bruce from?
god Bruce, you are a gem, keep it up! great work!
Is that KFOR BMP-2 a custom skin? Where/when can I get a KFOR decal from?
