Why can't there be special events for rank 2..?
Agreed, all my favourite vehicles are at rank 2
They might have set rank III as minimum requirements to reduce seal clubbing. Tasks/events are easier and faster when you are fighting green players.
I kinda hoped they were going to say that you can get the Famous Po-2 witch is 2-oP for new players.

Ehe no discount?.. Admin plz ask Devs why "Allowed Vehicles" feature is not given to CDK users for multiplayer missions. If I can decide which vehicles can be used in a multiplayer mission then I can make good maps with CDK. It is a simple feature, why not implemented yet? I could make that Yak-15 useful in a mission if I could restrict opponent vehicle types. Have fun.

It's like stating that you're 117 years old because your grandfather was born in 1900. The oldest air force in the world is the RAF (1918).
