Dear players, we are happy to introduce to you a new location for naval battles - “Andaman Sea bay”. The location was inspired by the area surrounding the Phang Nga Bay in Thailand; a picturesque tropical paradise: blue sky, azure sea, lots of cliffs and smaller islands.
The first players to experience naval battles on this beautiful location will be the members of the pre-beta Naval test!
This weekend, participants of the closed pre-beta will be able to control the Typ-Klasse 140 Jaguar, the Pr. 183 “Bolshevik” and British Dark Class MTB, the Dark Class MGB with air support from the IL-2-37, the Hs.129B-2, and the Hurricane Mk.IV on the new location “Andaman Sea bay”.
The mystic waters of the “Andaman Sea bay” await you! See you in battle!
The schedule remains the same:

It is important that you remember that naval battles are in the early testing stage. The new gameplay has created some radical changes and of course has introduced some additional design features which we are sure you will appreciate. The delay in the testing has been precisely for these reasons. You may submit your bug reports in the reporting section on forum.
It’s very simple. Become the owner of one of the pre-order packs in the Gaijin store. Your purchase will automatically make you a member of the beta test.
In addition, the set contains some fantastic game bonuses, including a unique premium craft which will be available in beta test. Please note! Game sessions for the first testing stage will be available in special Events (Events and Specials - Naval Battles) at specific times, several times a week.
Do you own an early access package? Congratulations, for you it’s easy!
Launch the game as normal and you will be presented with the option to download the main testing files on joining one of the test events, there is no requirement for a different launcher. After this, visit the game’s official forum, log in with your account and check out the special forum section!
We’ve also opened an application for players who want to participate but haven't purchased the packs for the closed beta test, which starts later. You can send in an application and we’ll review you as a candidate for the role of captain on a military vessel.
Testing of naval battles will be done in several stages.
In the first stage (pre-beta testing) special missions will be available at a specific time, several days per week. Vehicles that require test will be pre-allocated in the missions. The test will be primarily focused on vessel physics and controls - your feedback is extremely important at this stage, join the pre-beta testing and share your ideas in the special section of the forum.
In the following testing stages (beta testing) the participants will be able to research the trees of several nations and for testing will join some selected players that submitted a request for testing.
Attention! You can participate in the testing from no more than two PC’s.
In the special forum section, you can find out about the testing schedule and news.
You can also discuss future naval vessels with the developers. We hope to see you there!

Why do we test these same boats again? Its 4th time
The current rounds of testing are not focused on the vehicles, but the mechanics, maps, modes and core gameplay. Specific vehicle testing will come later.
More tests they arrange more bugs will come out - this is the flow of developing. They have to make sure that a Genie doesn't pop out in the middle of the game. At least you're playing the test, so just be happy about it.
NO JAPAN ;-; PLS GAIJIN
The current stages of testing are not focused on each nations vessels. That will come later.
Instead of testing the same boats can we try different ones? How about Japanese boats considering we've only played them once.
Because the current stage is not about what ships are being used, but the gameplay, mechanics, maps and core functionality.
Great looking map
Indeed.
I hope you guys are secretly testing larger naval ships
Please do not use type of game, "occupy point A ". In ground battles really must occupy some territory but, in a naval battle, it was silly. Naval battle should look like "Attack or defend .... harbor, fleet, transport ships, landing craft during landing or evacuation" etc. And please use more "open see" map like convoy
The title isn't saying that it would be a test this weekend. I would like if you add that just in case someone would not miss it.
Speaking of naval battles, WHEN do I get the boat I paid for. I think that I have been very patient with your naval battle tests Gaijin, but now I want to know when I to use my PT 109
That answer to that is clearly provided in the store information in bold before you purcahse any of the naval packs: "Please note, that naval battles closed beta will start in one of the future updates. The craft will be available during the CBT as soon as it’s nation's tech tree appears. You will get the Golden Eagles right after the purchase, as well as pre-beta testing access to naval battles at times when it is available in the “Events” menu in the game. You can access naval battles with 1 account only and from no more than 2 computers"
Smin1080p, Do remember that originally the packs were being sold as CBT access, and said CBT was said to start before end of the year (2016!). People who bought back then have waited quite a long time and back then nobody had even whispered of a pre-beta stage. It was only known that research trees wouldn't be in from start of CBT - right now we're still waiting for CBT so the wait for tech trees is even further away, no?
British, Russian & German boats, Capture the points. I enjoy my time testing these boats. The Mrs. not so much, even when I abstain all week (from the computer that is) & do my husbandly duties & chores ahead of time & between times... I still catch grief for participating! Hardeharharhar!
Yawn. The Andaman Islands weren't exactly a major battleground. How about some HISTORICAL battles guys ?
