The Panther tank is among the most famous German vehicles of the war, not too far away in recognition from the legendary Tiger. Heavily influenced by the experience of the Wehrmacht on the Eastern Front, the Panther bears little optical resemblance with the nations other vehicles - except for its sophisticated dimensions, perhaps. Sloped armour, improved speed characteristics over the Tiger including excellent terrain maneuverability and a reliable cannon make this heavy tank in disguise into a fearsome warrior.
