While you may fancy a sword or dagger for their speed and versatility, there are those situations that are best solved with a sledgehammer. The same is true in tank combat as well as air combat; for some tasks, you just need the 152 mm anti-bunker shells that come at 40 kgs each, or a semi-automatic 75 mm anti-tank cannon mounted on an aircraft. While these truly big guns do offer you some advantages, their massive size, however, comes at a cost.
