Tankers!

The Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus was the heaviest tracked combat vehicle ever to be produced in Germany. This super-heavy colossus was designed by the Porsche company, using a similar petrol-electric engine as the Pz.Kpfw. VI (P), also called the Porsche-Tiger. Its massive armour in combination with the powerful 128 mm cannon was supposed to make it a behemoth of the battlefield, but as the project was abandoned in 1944 mostly due to material shortages, serial production never happened.

In War Thunder, the Maus is a full-blown heavy tank with strong armour and powerful armament. Its slow speed makes it vulnerable to bombs and flanking manoeuvres, but with a skilled commander, this Maus truly can scare some elephants! Let's check the vehicle out in our video. And what about you? Do you like the Maus? Share your tactics and knowledge about the vehicle in the comments!
