Spalling effect has been optimized in x-ray view mode for naval battles. Previously an HE hit caused FPS reduction.
Requirements of Rank 4 researched vessels have been changed:
USA from 2 to 5.
Germany from 2 to 5.
USSR from 2 to 3.
