You still have enough time to purchase the missing stages to get valuable prizes.
Dear Friends,
The Winter holidays have come to an end. With the new year events over, some of you will have already noticed unique event vehicles such as the LVT ZiS-2, the Type 62, Ki-21 hei, and the Me 262A-2a Sturmvogel in your hangar. Meanwhile, our mechanics have been hard at work preparing your machines for combat over the holidays! How much fuel was consumed over the course of these battles? How many shells are now missing from their supply depots? Let's look at some of the statistics relating to this epic large-scale event!
- 155,866 battles took place during this event.
- 8,683,677 vehicles in total were destroyed, more than the total amount of vehicles produced during WWII!
- 168,767 active players participated in the chronicles over the 140 historical events.
An impressive scale, but were you able to achieve your goals? We are keen to know which goals you set for yourself and if you were able to achieve them. Share your feedback with us in the special survey!

this event was not good. missions were totally unbalanced and not fun.
while at times this event was a bit grindy just due to some of the potato teams and the veichals available it was very nice to have 48 hours to do the missions and you only needed 3 out of 5 so 2 of them being kills and 2017 score was very fast and easy to do for a skilled player and reworded you personally for trying your best and left you with any of the other 3 that were just down to luck of who had the more potato team. personally this was by far the easiest and most rewording holidayevent
much much much more obtainable than the 5000 kill M8A1 that i had to do every single mission for RNGesus to drop it ;P . however im some one who likes collecting the rare tanks and i found this one easy. however out of my 8 or so friends that also play the game they ddt do this event either i suspect that it was the 3 tasks that were down to luck and that exept for the mid tier events the whole game was spammed with the most " op or advantages " veichals with no variation making it boring
One aspect about some scenarios was that there was NO SPAA allowed in one game and if I recollect in another game only one country had it. The result was predictable and frustrating.
Out of topic question but where can I view all the vehicles listing (normal, premium, special, all of them)?
I only fly, and only in SB (EC) so there was almost nothing in the (summer) holiday competition for me. I did buy a few premium aircraft during the discount days, so I appreciate that. I don't mind, because the extra work (particularly the bomber cockpits) that was put into 1.65 has made EC matches much more engaging. It's getting better and better with each major update. Can't wait to see what's next
how come there isnt a question asking us if we liked the event or not? or how do we feel about this event compare to those before? prizes are awesome, but the grind is just what make people pay well, which isnt wrong for a company to do so, but looking at the longer waiting time for air battles and less players online i start thinking WT is losing players, gaijin could do a better job this is an awesome game created by great people and i wish more player can enjoy WT instead of grinding forever
RB was utterly horrible. Unlimited plane spawn turned every Ground Forces RB into pure onesided aircraft battles. Very unblalanced setups and teams. VERY extremely unbalanced vehicles setups. Limiting on high B.R vehicles was done poorly and bad. Aircraft missions able to be done in RB for ground ruined extremely much. Every event you guys do, always end up sucking cause shitty matched vehicles, bad limiting on high B.R and shit system over all

The Survey has no option for "I did not get any of the Prizes". I thought you could make a useful Survey. I appreciate that you run a Survey, and I appreciate that there were multiple ways to fulfil the criteria. But it became confusing for me. I gave up after day two when I got absolutely no progress despite I was quite sure I had fulfilled some criteria. So - keep the format, but explain better might be a good idea?
It is nice to see gaijin putting up a survey to know what the playerbase is thinking about that holiday event. IMO , the event (task part) was good. Easy to plan , several ways to do it and easier/faster to do with squaded friends. However , the battles were horribly one-sided pretty much every single time. It was a mistake to not use the max vehicle number per team limit more often , and it was a mistake to let fighters start with anti-tank weaponry (like the fw190 rockets or the yak9t ap belt)
