No other tank of World War II deserves the title of 'American Legend' more than the M4, named after the famous U.S. General William T. Sherman. Serving on all theatres that the US Army was involved in, it many modifications represented the major tank workhorse of the United States of America. And just as with every legend, the opinions on it are plentiful: While some say it was a bad vehicle, others say it was outstanding. Let's have a look and decide for ourselves!
