Top Place: A round that had too much filler IRL and was prone to terrible shattering issues and was thus phased out of service and replaced because it couldn't actually penetrate a Tiger.

these are some changed values of penetration, based on some very "trusted and sekrit" gaijin bullshit files! They destroyed the german pen rounds like the 37 mm and buffed the allies, based on these bullshit unreal files. I made a mistake, choosing to play germans, in a Russian commie game, totally unrealistic. I lost so much time ivesting in german tech tree! I shouldn't have done this! You did it gaijin! Long live Communist Party and comrade Stalin!
it's not based on secret files, it's based on a formula, which they applied to everything, regardless of files saying they should have a different penetration
HESH not on the list, the very fact you nerfed it to oblivion shows us what a competitive round it was. Anyway the 200mm RHA block in the Bovington tank museum that got hit by HESH shows otherwise. Shame on you Gaijin.
where are the american shells? and the top place one is the worst, just shows that gaijin is biased to russian equipment and what about the tiger 2 shells or tiger 1 or the m829 with its 550 mms of pen huh? this list is the worst one i have ever seen
Hell the M103 is still missing its T102 HVAPDS (first-gen sharp-nose APDS) with 546mm pen vertical and 152mm pen at 60deg slope from vertical.
plans on balancing teams in RB ? gets pretty annoying having the op premium Axis Army rape everything why dont you take the SB MM and put it into RB ?
