Whilst the Kingcobra might not share the popularity of the Mustang or the universality of the Thunderbolt, the P-63 is an excellent fighter with superb armament for its tier. The Beaufighter was adapted to a number of purposes, and went through a great number of marks, with the Mark. X being the most numerous of them, numbering 2,205 of the 5,562 Beaufighters constructed in the UK.

The origins of the P-51 Mustang fighter can be traced back to 1939. It was then that the Royal Air Force requested the North American Aviation plant in Inglewood, CA to produce under license an export version of the Curtiss P-40 Tomahawk fighter for the RAF, known as the Hawk 81.

The idea to produce a new fighter for the Red Army Air Force went as far back as 1941. It was then that the Yakovlev Design Bureau presented the I-30 prototype, intended an alternative to the earlier Yak-1 design.

The Bf 110 was a much maligned fighter in real life and is aptly reflected in game, but in the hands of someone who is disciplined and plays by some simple rules this fighter will dominate the airspace.
