Soldiers!
The port in which our allied ships are maintained is under attack! The enemy is overcoming the defenses and are dominating the airspace. Under these circumstances, defenders will only be able to rescue the crew from the damaged and dangerously tilted carrier. With the lack of appropriate naval forces, Object 906 has been delivered to the battlefield. As such, these vehicles will be the attacking air forces’ main target.
Conditions
In this battle pilots will participate with British aircraft while tankers will fight in Soviet vehicles.
- Ground Forces mission: Travel to the aircraft carrier and rescue the endangered crew at the designated area.
- Air Forces mission: destroy the floating Object 906 vehicles, thus depriving the army reinforcements.
Note : Vehicles be issued to all participants, even if it is not researched and purchased. To participate in the event you need any vehicles of the 2nd rank for USSR or Britain.
Tankers, be careful! Torpedoes travel at high speeds and you may not have enough time to effectively dodge them. If you move in tight formations, multiple vehicles risk suffering damage over a large area from a single torpedo.

It's an interesting idea but it's mostly ruined by the planes with cannons mounted as offensive armament. The Object 906 is very lightly armored, planes can spam cannons at them and kill them easily, meanwhile the Object 906 can't do the same or dodge their attacks. My suggestion would be to limit the planes to bombers and aircraft with no offensive armament only, removing the Beaufighters from the plane team's lineup.
Ok, so finally figured out how to win this as the Brits. Its real simple. Fly the Mk21 Beaufighter, with Ground Target Ammo and NO TORP. You are just going to do high angle strafing attacks on the amphib tanks. might take a run or two, but they will die easily and the only thing that will shoot you down is the occasional AA. Not hard to go 15 and 1. Its a ticket bleed game, if you kill their tanks faster than your fellow idiot pilots crash their planes, thats all it takes. No need to cap A
This event is flawed. Tanks are outnumbered 1 to 2, 6 tanks vs 12 planes, let's not forget the planes(namely the Beaufighters) have cannons that can easily destroy the Obj. 906 which is really slow on water. If you're gonna have cannon armed planes then make the tanks outnumber the planes instead. Oh let's not forget you have to spend your silver to respawn the tank which will get killed again within 30 seconds, and you earn NOTHING from the event, that means you're gonna lose your silver.

Been waiting for a match on the Russian side for 13 ½ minutes. I decided to try it from the british side, took 30 seconds or so to find a match...
Cool idea, but not much fun without rewards
It is a good event for doing the Sea Hunter and Sea Dog titles. A lot of comments on the weaknesses of the ground side. However to me the biggest weakness of the event is that the ground side can win even without entering the water and without "rescuing" any of the crew, merely through ticket bleeding. In my opinion if the tanks do not rescue the crew i.e. cap A for a given amount of tickets they should lose. The next thing that should be addressed is that the rewards are not big enough.
